Capacity for Bachelor theses in the winter term 2018/19

The Chair for Innovation Economics and Policy has still free capacity for Bachelor theses in the winter term 2018/19. The deadline for applications will be extended until 28 September.

Seminar talk on knowledge-based capital at CEIT colloquium on June 12

The CEIT colloquium will start on June 12 with a talk by Dr. Alexander Schiersch (DIW, Berlin) entitled „Knowledge-based capital and productivity divergence“. Everyone interested is invited to attend. The talk will take place from 2:15-3:30pm in Overbergstr. 17, 2nd floor.

CEIT Colloquium starts
The CEIT Colloquium starts in Summer Semester 2018 with talks by researchers and practioners on the topics entrepreneurship, innovation and transformation. All people interested are invited to attend. The first talk will take place on June 12, 2:15-3:30pm in room 10 at CEIT in Overbergstr. 17, second floor. The speaker is Dr. Alexander Schiersch (DIW, Berlin), who is working on measurement of intangible investment. The title of the talk will be announced shortly.

Welcome at the Chair for Innovation Economics and Policy!

The Chair for Innovation Economics and Policy has started its work in September 2017 in the context of establishing the Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation und Transformation (CEIT) at the Faculty of Management and Economics. It conducts research on the causes and consequences of innovation and economic growth. A particular focus lies on innovation with digital technologies and innovation by newly founded firms.

The CEIT is located in Overbergstr. 17 (2nd floor) and has an additional presence in the GC building (room 2/140).
