Event info: Are you looking for a graduate programme to start in the next 3 years? Interested in international placements, career development and working towards a more sustainable future?

RWE is a global energy company, paving the way as a leading organisation in the world of renewable and green energy. Within the commercial arm of our business, we have a wide range of graduate programmes, including areas such as Trading, Finance, IT Development and HR. We will be hosting, for the first time, a ‘Women in Energy’ event in Essen DE, open to ambitious students from all academic backgrounds who are interested in learning more about who we are and what we do.

During the event on 21st January 2026, there will be a company overview, and insights provided from current previous graduates. There will also be the opportunity to network and interact with a wide range of people within our business, sharing information about their own career paths and experiences as an RWE employee.
