As part of “Let’s Talk! Science Direct” on November 6, 2025, Dr. Michael Rennings from the Chair for Entrepreneurship and Innovative Business Models presented the innovation management assessment. In lively discussions with company representatives, he explained how the assessment helps companies to test and increase their innovative capacity. With the help of the questionnaire system and the benchmarking report of the innovate!now assessment, potential for improvement in the innovation process is systematically identified. Through collaboration with master’s students and experts from the companies, concrete recommendations for action are developed to help companies optimize their innovation performance.

The event provided an excellent opportunity for the exchange of ideas and experiences between research and practice, and the Chair looks forward to incorporating the insights gained into future projects and teaching.
